This Program is designed to help maintain the strength, flexibility, and progress gained from your PT Treatments so you continue to improve and gain momentum in your ability to enjoy as active a life as you want. Monthly Momentum provides you with 1 hour-long sessions with a Manual Physical Therapy Specialist that will keep you focused and updated on the most important home strategies/exercises and on track towards your goals. This is especially for those who know they need regular accountability to keep up with their home programs and want the assurance of having a specialist to treat the aches and pains as they progress into each new phase of activity and advanced movement skills.

Included:

12 sessions in 1 year, one session every month. Includes both treatment and a review of your monthly progress and detailed /updated monthly home program.

Pricing:

Nobody expects their car to continue running well without regular tune-ups and oil changes. Our bodies are more complicated and way more valuable than our cars. What better way to lubricate those joints and muscles than with some hands-on Manual Therapy from a Certified Manual Physical Therapist? It is also a great way to make sure you don’t lose any progress made during physical therapy. This is for those who are fairly well motivated and directed, but who still want occasional updates to be sure they keep moving towards their mobility goals and independence.

Included:

4 sessions in 1 year, one session every 3 months. Includes either a full review of home programs or treatment, or partial treatment and overview of home program

Pricing:

If you stay pretty active and exercise a decent amount, it’s natural over time micro-trauma from harder workouts can “build up” to the point of causing a real problem. This program is designed for those who want to make sure the issues we’ve treated do not come back slowly over time.

Foam rollers and soft tissue tools can be great to help maintain tissue flexibility but they don’t have post- Graduate Certifications in human movement nor the ability to detect when trouble is creeping back into your body even if you’re not yet feeling pain again. This program is designed for people who are very self motivated to keep being active, but know they need occasional feedback to be sure that something major is not missed in their regular exercise routine.

Included:

2 sessions in 1 year, or 1 every 6 months. Review major mobility systems with either treatment or home program.

Pricing:

In the annual check-up we do a full-body movement evaluation and identify any areas of tightness and/or weakness which could be causing problems or lead to serious injury. Most people get their organs and medical health checked annually. Why wouldn’t you also get a check up on all the things which help you move and enjoy an active lifestyle checked at least once a year?​​​​​​​

Included:

One 30 minute session. Emphasis is on identifying problem areas that need to be addressed, and to give confidence that majors factors which affect mobility and independence are being addressed.
